Hello everyone, introducing my name Radine and welcome to my blog. So today my friends and I are learning English. Then I got an assignment to make a Motivation Coach, and here is the result of my assignment.

REDUCE YOUR OVERTHINKING
Previously here will discuss
Psychology Terms:
1. Sensation = all things that come from outside that are captured by the five senses, for example cold air, strong wind and others
2. Perception = what is captured by the five senses is then sent to the brain and given meaning 2.
For example, when the wind is strong and you immediately feel satisfied because you are wearing a jacket.
Here there are 3 causes of Overthinking:
1. Flat Hitting Pattern Where in this condition we think that all our mistakes/failures will make us never succeed, even though we should feel 1000x failures first to achieve 1 success.
2. Jump straight to the conclusion pattern Here the mistake is that we immediately draw negative conclusions without knowing the original reason for the bad tragedy.
3. Pattern of blaming / scapegoating something. It is very wrong to blame yourself/others.
The solution is to understand how to think / provide context for an event, If according to Ridwan Kamil it is better to always feed the good side of your wolf than the bad, because those who are always fed will be more dominant.
